Bit Group’s site redesign helps to establish Boston Capital as one of the world’s leading real estate and financing investment firms

Bit Group worked with Boston Capital to help strengthen the company’s Web presence and brand positioning through an improved visual design, information architecture and user experience.
To achieve this, Bit Group’s user experience design team conducted extensive User Profile Analysis workshops with executive level stakeholders at Boston Capital to understand key web business goals and target audiences. A redesign based on these findings resulted in a state-of-the-art website which met these goals including re-architecture of site navigation and layout, new offering spotlights, improved visual imagery, and redesigned extranet pages for Individual Investors, Financial Advisors, Corporate Investors, and CPAs. The new site positions Boston Capital for future growth by enhancing its’ image and messaging as a global investment firm, and clearly addresses the firm’s core lines of business. Bit Group tackled the challenge of organizing the firm’s diverse offerings and content by using an established user experience design methodology which helped to prioritize content, information architecture, and design & branding preferences.
