    Bit Group announces the launch of www.cba.neu.edu, the Northeastern University College of Business Administration web site. To communicate the College’s most compelling points of differentiation, Bit Group created an animation for the home page illustrating (i) the power of combining professional-level work experience with academic study, (ii) the College’s strong corporate partnerships, and (iii) its world class faculty. Bit Group implemented the web site using the Ektron content management system. The site was designed to serve the College’s many diverse audience segments and provides a powerful technology platform for content providers to easily update and maintain content.

    Bit Group announces the launch of Appswell, an iPhone application that allows users to submit ideas for iPhone applications and share these ideas with a community that can review, comment and vote on the best ideas. Appswell will then pick some of the most popular ideas and develop the applications, bringing them to market and sharing the profits with the person who came up with the idea.     Bit Group announces the launch of www.chemistry2011.org commemorating the United Nations International Year of Chemistry. The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) were chartered to publicize and coordinate global activities demonstrating that chemistry is important to the well-being of humanity and is critical in addressing the challenges inherent in sustainable development. Chemistry2011.org, completed for IUPAC, will enable chemists across the globe to connect with one another and share activities and events related to the international year of chemistry.
